  2. 2.Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include:

  4. b.Difficulty in processing your payment information

  5. c.Inability to ship to address provided

  6. d.Existence of a duplicate order

  7. 3.If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via e-mail. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact us for recommendations.

  9. 4.After you have completed your order, you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately.

  10. 5.Note: You may only cancel your order if you receive an e-mail notifying you that:

  12. b.One or more items in your order is on backorder. (You may only cancel the backordered items.) Please contact us immediately at (305) 336-8709 if you wish to cancel these items.

Returns and Cancellations

Shipping

  1. 1.FREE shipping is included only for items that are delivered within the United States to one address.

  2. 2.Orders of giclées (canvas prints) and digital photography prints may take up to 10 business days to process and ship.

  3. 3.Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

  4. 4.The shipping cost displayed for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

  5. 5.You will be billed for items purchased with a credit card or debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
